Return Policy
At WattCycle, we're committed to your satisfaction with our batteries. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange your purchase. This policy is designed in accordance with good business practices and relevant consumer protection guidelines in Thailand.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped shipped out from our warehouse or handed over to the logistics partner. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Lost / Damaged Products Received
- If the product was not delivered or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately to initiate a trace with the logistics provider. For damage claims, you must inspect the package and product upon delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery personnel (if possible) and to us within 48 hours of receipt.
- If the product you received was damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please immediately contact us with clear proof in the form of videos and/or pictures showing the packaging condition and the product defect.
30-Days Money-Back Guarantee
- Within 30 days of the purchase, if you are unsatisfied without quality issues, you have the authorization to refund after return the items complete, unused and in the original package with all accessories and documentation. This guarantee does not apply to software, opened consumables, or specially configured/customized products, unless defective.However, you are responsible for the double shipping cost.
If 30 days have passed since the purchase, full refund cannot be offered.
NOTE: For products that show signs of use, installation, or physical damage not present at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to refuse the return, offer a partial refund, or charge a refurbishing fee.
Shipping Cost
When WattCycle Pays For Return Shipping
WattCycle will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for the return was the result of our error.
Examples of instances may include:
- Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.
- We shipped out the wrong item.
- We shipped it to the wrong address.
- We shipped a duplicate order.
- Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period. (The customer should install and operate the item properly per the product manual instruction.)
IMPORTANT
For items that arrive damaged or are defective, the customer MUST provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or fails to provide videos or photos of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back.
If a customer claims an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide a proof prior to return, with no exceptions.
Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within within 5-7 business days.
When the Customer Pays For Return Shipping
In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by the customer. Fees vary by region.
WattCycle will provide the pre-paid return shipping labels to the customer and the shipping cost for returning the products will be deducted from the refund.
It is important to note that any order offered with special shipping charges is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs.
After the 30-day returns period, customers may use the WattCycle Warranty Policy for repairs if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please refer to the WattCycle Warranty Policy for details.
Return Address
As we have warehouses in different places to receive the return products, please contact WattCycle customer service by email (support.th@wattcycle.com) to obtain the return address.
Refund
- For Non-quality issues, refund is provided following the “30 Days Money-Back Guarantee ”.
- For quality issues, partial refund may be provided according to the usage time of the device after 30 days of the purchase.
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product is returned to WattCycle warehouse with a refund notification to customer email address.The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders may require additional processing time and verification.
Your Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Thailand’s Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 regarding defective goods.

Thank you for choosing WattCycle for your LiFePO4 battery needs! We understand that getting your batteries quickly and safely is important to you. This policy outlines the shipping process for WattCycle orders within Thailand.
Destinations:
- We currently provide shipping services throughout Thailand, including all 77 provinces.
- Please note: Deliveries to remote islands or certain highland areas may require additional time or surcharges. We will contact you if such circumstances apply to your order.
Shipping Fee:
- FREE standard shipping on all orders within mainland Thailand.
- If the shipping costs are higher than expected, we may need to either cancel the order or kindly ask for your assistance in covering the additional charges.
Shipping time:
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 business days

Central & Eastern Regions: 2-3 business days
