We recently received feedback from some customers who did not receive timely replies to their service emails. After investigating, we discovered that some emails were bounced or filtered into spam due to domain parsing issues, which caused customers to miss our responses. We’ve improved our email system to prevent this in the future.

To serve you better, we have now established dedicated support channels for our Thailand market. Here are the updated official support channels:
