Warranty Policy

At WattCycle, we stand behind the quality and performance of our batteries. We offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase,in compliance with Thailand's consumer protection laws and standards.

Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery correctly under the instructions of the manual.

Warranty Period

WattCycle warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser in Thailand.

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.

Note: Only registered customers can extend the warranty service by 2 years. Final interpretation rights belong to WattCycle.

Question: Will my lithium battery still be covered under warranty after being connected in series or parallel?

Answer: As long as the connection is performed correctly according to the product manual and the product meets all other warranty conditions, connecting batteries in series or parallel will not void your warranty.

Warranty Statement

Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and and product registration, including but not limited to:

1. A purchased order number made through WattCycle official stores.
2. Sales invoice (ใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี) or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.This is mandatory for all warranty claims in Thailand.

Note: This limited warranty is valid only for products purchased and used within Thailand. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.

Exclusions of Warranty 

1.Misused, abused, damaged by accident or damaged due to force majeure. (e.g.  floods,lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);

2. Unauthorized modification, repair, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official Thai-language instructions or manuals.

3. Lost, stolen or full refunded product;

4. Warranty period expired;

5. Mismatched information where the battery model or serial number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item.

6. Normal wear and tear through ordinary use over time.

7.Improper installation, storage, or maintenance not following guidelines.

8.Use with incompatible or non-recommended chargers, inverters, or systems.

Procedures for Warranty Claims

We’ll assist to analyze the consumer’s problem within 24 business hours , and help solve the problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the optimal use method.

If our product fails to work normally, the consumer assists us in completing all the battery testing, and both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems, we’ll send a new battery replacement to the defective battery after it has been returned to our Thailand warehouse by the pre-paid label we prepared. And the defective battery will be checked and tested by our technical team to analyze the problem.

From the date of purchase and within 6 months, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide replacement or refund services,in line with Thailand's Consumer Protection Act; Within 7 months from the date of purchase to the end of the warranty, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide replacement services.

Any product(s) returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at the expense and risk of us. We will provide a pre-paid label to customers who need to return the products to the designated address in Thailand at the specified time.Do not dispose of or ship batteries without our explicit instruction due to safety and regulations.

Batteries that have been serviced or replaced under their warranty period do not receive extended warranties. Instead, the serviced/replaced battery(-ies) will abide by the original warranty period issued when first purchased.

Consumer Rights under Thai Law

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under Thailand's Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and related laws. Consumers have the right to pursue remedies for defective goods as provided by Thai law.

Changes to This Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this Warranty Policy. Changes will be posted on our official Thai website (th.wattcycle.com). Changes will not apply retroactively to products purchased prior to the change date.
